Industrial Works Ltd. (IWLFILM) began with a clear and simple mission: to provide Hollywood North with some of the most sought-after filming locations. First established in Vancouver, IWLFILM now spans from Whistler to Kamloops, and over to Vancouver Island.

Meet Patrick Doiron, the legendary captain of IWLFILM. With a journey starting in 1992, Patrick founded Industrial Works Ltd. (IWLFILM) in 2001, becoming a pioneer in film production. His expertise in Film Liaison and Location Management was discovered while at Nye’s Foundry, leading to numerous commercial properties seeking his magic touch. In 2006, he acquired Terminal City Ironworks, transforming it into the hottest spot in Hollywood North. Representing over 140 properties, Patrick is a negotiation guru for film production licenses. Beyond the industry, he enjoys his cabin retreat in Point Roberts, excelling at chopping firewood and cherishing his happy marriage and three daughters. With a squad of adorable wiener dogs, Patrick Doiron is the film production mastermind. Lights, camera, Patrick!

She knows every nook and cranny of our represented locations, as if she wrote the map herself. But hey, life isn’t all work and no play for Elisa! When she’s not holding down the fort, you’ll find her soaking up the sun on a patio, sipping wine like it’s her superpower. And she’s no stranger to adventure, venturing with her lively boys and their trusty poodle, Maple, to the sandy shores of Nicola Lake. Beaches and boys—her recipe for unforgettable memories.

In her spare time, you can find her downtown capturing the beauty and quirks of everyday life as a street photographer or sitting on a sunny patio with a pina colada.

Vancouver. With his lovely wife and mischievous rabbit, Charlie, Andrie is the
“Rockstar” behind our organized warehouse. His retail background and
impeccable work ethic ensure delightful customer experiences. Off-duty, Andrie
excels in tennis, golf, and scenic biking routes. He has recently embraced
kayaking, adding a touch of adventure to his journeys. With a boundless wanderlust,
he dreams of exploring the picturesque landscapes of New Zealand. Join Andrie
